Enrollment

Open Enrollment for the 2014-2015 school year is now closed. If the number of applications submitted within this period of time exceeds the number of seats available for any grade level, a system generated, random lottery will be processed in order to determine who is offered a seat at the school. All applications submitted within the Open Enrollment period will have an equal opportunity for admission, regardless of whether they are submitted on the first day or the last day of Open Enrollment.

Applications for the 2013-14 school year will continue to be accepted through the end of the academic year. Applications submitted for the 2013-14 school year will not be valid, roll over, or be processed in the 2014-15 lottery. A new application must be submitted during the Open Enrollment period in order to be considered for a 2014-15 seat.

For more information regarding lottery preferences, enrollment, and registration, please view our Lottery Rules and Procedures.

Lottery Process

In the event that the number of applications for any grade exceeds the number of available seats, a random lottery will be held. If a lottery is required the date that the lottery will be processed will be announced and the results posted on the school website. Please note that the lottery is both system generated and random.

Lottery Results

The lottery for the 2014-15 school year has been processed. The results have been posted below, by grade level. Applicants selected in the lottery will receive an official offer from the school. Applicants who were not selected in the lottery have been placed on the waiting list and will receive an offer should a seat become available.

Lotteries for 1st, 2nd, and 4th grade were run. The results of those lotteries are not posted and no offers have been extended, because at this time there are no seats available in those particular grades. In order to ensure impartial selection, the order of the waiting list has been determined through random generation, just like the lottery.

Currently, there are enough seats available in Kindergarten, 7th, and 8th grades to accommodate all applicants. A lottery was not necessary. Therefore, all Kindergarten, 7th and 8th grade applicants will be offered a seat.

Registration

Once an applicant has accepted their offered seat at our school, they will receive SIS login information. They will be able to complete some of the registration documents via SIS.¬† Other documents will need to be printed, signed, and turned in to the school along with hard copies of Proof of Residence, child’s Birth Certificate, and Immunization records.

If an applicant does not have computer or printer access, please contact the school and a registration packet will be provided.
